Default 05 Mustang Steering Problems

This is my first time ever on here so I would like to apologize if im doing this wrong. I have a 2005 Mustang V6 and I know nothing about vehicles at all. And I found this online so I thought who better to ask about this than yall. I have been having steering problems like my car being hard to turn and making noises when turning. Ive been told that it was my rack and pinon system my power steering pump and my sway bar. Well now my car does none of what it had been doing. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? What do I do? Please help

My guess is the fluid level in your power steering is low or has leaked out. Screw the cap off, it should have a built in dip stick to see where the fluid level is at. If low, add fluid

No dipstick but you can put a flashlight behind the reservoir to see what level the fluid is. The reservoir is translucent and marked. Could also just be the fluid is just completely wasted and needs flushed/refilled.
