(2005 gt) Ok power steering starting acting up it was almost like it had a catch in it easy then hard to steer ive checked all lines no kinks so i figured the rack was going out changed the rack. It was fine for about 10 mins then started acting the same way again the pump is not making any noise and fluid is circulating im lost now please any ideas would be great
