Default Mods + HP

I have a 99 GT conv. "Automatic" and in a couple months i will be getting all my mods at once which are,

Accufab 75mm Tb+Plenum
SLP LM1 cat back exaust
Steeda U/D Pullies
Jba shorties since they are carb approved and im in Cali

After all that i am going to get a tuner and wanted to know would this put me at the 300 crank hp mark?

Thanks in advance, and as always my fellow mustang bros. feedback is appreciated.
