cracker jack

i just got an air fuel gauge for my 96 mustang gt they said that i need to hook up the purple wire to a red and black striped wire. i just need some help finding it can anyone help me out it would be a big help thanks

Theyre referring to the wires on the oxygen sensor.It should be on the head pipe or exhaust manifold.
