Does a cam effect gas milage. What kind of power could I get from a cam? Would I need to get a new cam if I want to supercharge?

Right now I have:
Headers
H Pipe
Exhaust
Throttlebody
Plenum
Gears
Pulleys
Intake
SCT Chip
DR's

Im planning on supercharging it, but not soon. What other mods can I do before getting a supercharger?
