With that teskid block and forged internals, you should be able to overspin that S trim. The V1/V2 S trim is rated at a max of 675 at the engine, but im guessing they arent that efficient that high. You shouldnt having a problem pushing that much. Have you thought about a Vortech T trim? they are good to 825. The V-4 XXtrim is good to 1275.
The paxton novi 2000 is capable of 1150. lol.

I guess the moral to my story is, what kinda hp are you planning to hit with the new engine??? If its a ****load, you might want to think about trading in that Strim.

PS that t45 is gotta be hating that 417/425!!!!!!!!!! lol

well actually i dont have an s trim ....i got a procharger p1sc. I know my tranny doesnt like it too much but i dont beat on her that much right now anyway so its cool. My goal is to be pushing somewhere between high 400's and mid to high 500's rwhp. But im not as concerned about that power as i am about not blowing my engine and the tranny. BTW the tranny is gonna go also.... ill probly end up getting either a tko500 or a tko600.

wow i just looked at that www.karkraft.com website and they have a 03/04 cobra short block for like 2600...im thinking thats a better deal.

That sounds like an awesome deal man. Those bottem ends are good to 700RWHP++++++. Sorry about the s/c mix up. I thought for sure you had the vortech. My bad. THe ATI P-sc1 is good to 825. That should be plenty.

Good thinking on the new tranny. That will be awesome. R U gonna build the rear? With the combo you are looking at, you will have one hell of a fast stang!

PS, why are you only wanting to go hi 400's if you setup can hold 700!??? lol.

yea man im getting some 31 spline moser axles and and eaton posi to go with the tranny. Hopefully she'll be pretty fast hehe...well about the hp numbers im just not sure yet i just wanna buil the bottom end and then get a 14 lb pulley and be done for a while.....probly a little while hehe...but from then on i just wanna build the suspension to put all that power to the ground and then ill go from there. I dunno if i wanna go smaller than a 14 lb pulley cause i got a buddy with an 01 procharged cobra and he said he was going through a set of belts every 2-3 months so i dunno.....but we'll see.
