you guys are doin it the hard way...I stripped the screw heads out on the tps, I said the hell with it and used (i think) a 3/16 drill bit and drille right into the head of the screw and eventually it made it to the shaft of the screw and popped the head of the phillips screw off. easy as pie, wish I would have done that in the first place instead of wasting 20 minutes being delicate trying not to mess up the screw heads. Oh and after your done a pair of vice grips will get the shaft of the screw out...

good luck. and btw I put in the c&l plenum with the performance products 75mm throttle body and the whole thing took me twenty minutes and WOW what a difference

I eventually just got it off using a regular phillips head. It was tought but it worked.
