Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
I looked up the same code never heard of a fuel temp sensor... but I also looked up generic eec-v codes and this came up
174 (M) Oxygen sensor was slow in switching Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control

181 (M) Fuel system was lean at part throttle Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control

it could be you have a failing 02 on the right side... get a live scanner on it and view the live 02 sensor readings and that will tell the tail.

Also on the MIL eliminators they are only used if you have no cats, they modify the signal to the ECM these are only for the rear 02s. The rear 02s only function is to monitor catalyst efficiency if one of those is failing you would NOT be experiencing driveability problems but you would get the check engine light... I would venture to say its the front right 02 sensor is going out... The front 02 sensors control fuel managment, timing, etc.... the rears do nothing but monitor catalyst efficiency... hope this explains a little better.

I've never heard it called that either but that's how Ford describes that code. Just a fancy way of sayin O2 sensor I guess.

I get system too lean bank1 and bank2 codes. Sometimes I get some fuel to air management or something, but I'm nudging it all off until I do my big head/cams/intake manifold/injector install in a few days.

I can't find anything concerning P0181, but I found this for P0174. It's a step by step troubleshooting guide.
