Cleaning doesn't help. I don't recall anyone cleaning it and haven't any sort of success.

Yes there was. Your absolutely right. I seen it as well. I also know people that had the same issue, and cleaning it resolved the problem.

I have no idea....I cleaned mine with no result. Who's to say. It's a cheap part reguardless. There's no excuse not to just replace it.

im wondering if my IAC is still having problems.. the other night i was cruising with my friend in his vette and i dropped it down to 3rd slowing down and the engine cut out all of a sudden when i put the clutch in.... i had to start it back up and it started without a problem.. my car use to do this alot...
