Hey guys,

I live in Baltimore/Belair Maryland. I want to change the ATF in my Tremec to the recommended 3.2 quarts and use the Havoline Dextron III ATF but I can't find it ANYWHERE. I went to the Havoline site and went to all the stores listed but none carried it. Advanced, Parts America, Rite Aid, Pep Boys, K-Mart, Texaco gas stations. No one has it. Can someone please help. Any suggestions are appreciated.

why do you want havoline so bad? just get a good synthetic like amsoil

 

There is a major problem with the Tremec and the 2nd and 3rd crunch. Tremec said in order to correct it replace the fluid with non synethic Havoline Dextron III. The synethic is too slick. And most of the people that have done it have had great success. Do a search on stangnet and you will see.

 

amsoil should fix that...what brand do you have in it now?
