17x9's in front with 245/45/17

17x10.5 rears with 275/40/17
Car looks great. Should have upped the tire sizes though.
What do you mean???? Gone with 18's instead???? I stuck with the 17's due to ride quality
With the 10.5 rim i think he may be talkin about going with a 315 instead of a 275 on back.

There was some ABS issues with the Germans, they said that I HAD to go with this offset. Different rules of engagement over here.

wow, that sucks...thats gonna leave those beautiful chrome rims open for any curb damage or anything else.

they look very nice, i hope u kept the stock ones in case u ever decide to sell it, cause bullitts will be fairly valuable in the future.

He doesn't mean offset, he meant tire width... a 315mm wide tire in the rear will look even better, it'll be a good fit. I have a 295 tire on an 18x10 wheel and am still in the "safe range" for the tire, so a 315 on a 17x10.5 should be safe too.

It won't interfere with the ABS equipment at all... I can't really see a different offset tire doing that because the ABS sensors for the rear are pretty much totally shielded by the axle and the brake equipment.
