Don't know if you count gears as a bolt on...but if you do, thats a definate plus. and i'm not sure, but i hardly doubt any car with full bolt ons is gonna break into the 12's. i know a guy that has an 03 cobra with d/r's and it only runs low 12's. if anyone can get mid thirteens with full bolt on's, they will be very lucky unless they have an exceptionally good running car.

Full bolt-ons, and gears with drag radials will defanitely see 12's with a good driver.

WELL WIITH PULLEYS INTAKE, AND CAMS ON AN ALUMINUM BLOCK WITH BULLET INTAKE. 4:30 GEARS. AND SUSPENSION WORK DONE HE RAN A 12.0. HE DOES SOME OF MY WORK. BUT HE HOLDS THE RECORD FOR THAT. SO YEA LOW 13'S OR HIGH 12'S ARE POSSIBLE.

"I" was answering the other question about why people remove weight out of the car and suggested the aluminum block to save some..
Not about full bolt ons..
