does any body know which of the four wires going thru the trunk is the hot wire for the fuel pump? i'm trying not to drop my tank. theres 2 black wires assuming those are ground that leaves a yellow and a brown with a purple stripe.

what are you trying to do? ill be able to tell you this weekend cause im dropping my tank again, but mine might be different because mines a 96gt. are you trying to wire in an inline fuel pump? or a cutoff switch?

 

its a 98 model dropping in a carbed 351 . since i don't have a computer any more i have to rewire it into the ignition . but i did figure it out i just followed the wire from the fuel reset switch, its the brown and purple.
