5 speed manual question

RE: 5 speed manual question
it isn't that tricky once you get used to it.. BTW i'm still learning to do it good
and traction control probably will make it difficult to do good in a race. What it does is retard the ignition timing and sometimes cuts the spark, so you don't spin. Sometimes in a race setting, a little spin is a good thing.

RE: 5 speed manual question
cool. thats good to know.
there are so many parts for mustang i dont know where to begin as far as making more hp. i would like to have a real good combination of intake and exhaust modification. some peeps say go to h -pipe but in dunno if that legal or not. im not trying to be hard core racer but i would like to make power and keep it legal. i would like to make at least 330 hp at the motor for now. anybody have any ideas as to what i should do?

RE: 5 speed manual question
there are indeed many parts to go with. I have only done a few but have 5493242309820 in my mind that I want to do.
It al ltakes time and money.
I dunno too much about getting that many horse, but you can start with a good exhaust (mid pipe and catback) and some high flow intake components. I'd say go with a catted midpipe, because the gain is so close to uncatted you may as well stay legal.
