T5 manual trans question

Ok here is the story I a currently have a 2002 v6 mustang and I am putting a supercharged 4.6, new manual trans, and an 8.8 rear axle. I found a very nice built T5 trans but it is for a 94-95 mustang, I was wondering if this would work in my car?

Im not sure if it would. Just try to find a 5sp T-56 those are pretty solid trannys

the T 5 is meant for the 5.0L v8. There may be bellhousings to fit your engine, but there are better transmissions that can be gotten for a good price

A t-56 is a 6 speed...

yes I know there are other transmissions but I found a race prepped T5 good for 650hp, and for a decent price. What about a TKO 600? What are those rated for and where could I get one for a good price? I would also like to stay with a five speed.
