Hey
I have this intake http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=57-2519-3 it pretty noise is that normal and is it cold air or short ram

The sound is normal, mostly because of the removed air silencer. It's closer to a CAI than anything.

cold air = outside engine bay, and didnt you just post basically the same thing in another thread?
