Your going to need more then just air tools, you need to press them in place. use a c-clamp, or the press to get it out(rent at autozone or somewhere) You will have to take your rotors, calipers, tie rod end, and knuckle off to do thiss too. also a jack to put it all back together. should only take someone with little knowlege of this about 2.5 hours. I would recoment Steeda(only if you plan on lowering) otherwise go to murrays, or autozon and get there brand(the one with lifetime warrenty). they hold up great, and if need to replace those you get it free. Usually $25-$30. Steedas are like $125??. PS when doing this you might as well replace tie rod ends, and shocks if needed.

ball joints--the Sears method. (Where I first learned how to work on front ends)

out with a big hammer

in with a balljoint press.

It really is that simple... Might want to check on this site, for a little more detail.. There was a post above by 01Mach1DD that is a little better at explaining, but it isn't rocket science..

Also, you may want to get an alignment afterwards, since you're messing w/ your suspension/steering geometry..

Exactly! An alignment is a must.
