Lets say i completely rebuilt my engine, new Pi intake, heads, pistons, rods, cams, cranks, possibly new short block what would you guys rather do, twin turbo it or twin screw super charge it. The only preference i have over turbo is with a boost controller i can control the levels of boost, where as with as s/c well KB i could only do that by changing the pulleys according to the Kb website. Just curious as to your opinions.
+1 - But Either way, boost feels oh so good. I am quite biased on the Twin Turbos too, I could only imagine what a little boost on a 4.6l would feel like. Absolute Sex...
with the turbo u have no parasidic loss. meaning it dosnt take power away to turn the blower. howver the twin turbos are gonna be wayyyy more expensive. MMAFF's did a special on turbos last month and the average kit was about 8k.

Right, No parasitic loss, but it does slightly increase back pressure on the exhaust stroke in order start spinning the compressor. Though modern designs do make lag close to non-detectable, it will always be one of the issues that sets superchargers and turbos apart.
