ya go in there and raise hell, start yelling and bitching and telling everyone in the showroom how they screwed u by talking real loud to a manager...they will definently help you out just to quiet you and quit driving away everyone thats in the building. if u were sitting there and heard this story coming out of a pissed off persons mouth would u buy a car that day from the dealer?

Send a letter to the DMV that is who polices the dealers and the count office that he got his buisiness licenze at and wage a complant there. I bought a car from a guy that had the speedo changed on it and the DMV were on him like white on rice.

Before you report them to the bbb let them know your going to. Most places will do what you want rather than get a bad rep.

Yeh what everyone else said.... And you may want to tell consumer affairs about this, they only work as a mediator and usually businesses dont like complaits from consumer affairs. I also have a 99 GT and i got the original key and all but months after i bought it i was told that by law they are supposed to give you a spare key as well which i didnt get but it was months later so it was waaaay too late, and if i want a spare i'll just have to eat the 11 buck$...

hmmmmmm. why is it the dealer the vehicle was bought from does not have the original keys to the car.... right now it sounds like they legally were not supposed to sell that car or even accept it from whereever or whomeever they received it from. Right the vehicle can be considered a lemon.
