Default Octane?

Now that I've set the Mustang's computer back to stock from that crappy HyperTech III programming, can I burn regular gas in the car? What's the recommended octane level for the 4.6 L ?

Just curious.

Thanks. Didn't get a manual with the car (I'd love to have one to answer this type of question...)

FYI: If you go to the Ford Motor Company website and register your car with them via your VIN number and a couple of other questions, it opens you up to all kinds of nice downloads INCLUDING owner's manuals.
