Default do i really need valve springs? need help quick

right now im in the process of installing my cams they are comp custom grind the lift is .545, duration is 226/230 when i bought the cams my shop said that i should get springs so i did but ive been comparing the numbers and they are similar to a stage one which shouldnt need springs i would like know if i should install them or not it will save me alot of trouble plus i can take them back my car has 50k on it by the way

I would deffinetly install them to be on the safe side plus comp told me that if you don't you cam could have pre mature wear and you don't want that.

Always a good idea and its cheaper to buy and install now then install later
