Default grinding noise

The rear end of my car is making a funky grinding noise, I thought maybe my rear end was dying but then I was told a lot of things it could be. The car mainly does it uphill and to the left ONLY when I start off. It doesn't do it otherwise. Just when I launch the car normally in an everday driving mode, so it doesn't happen when I drop the clutch or race, but maybe thats because I can't hear it. Any thoughts?

LCA bushings...shocks...etc.

Get it up in the air and have it looked at.
