Stage 8 Locking Header Bolts:
LMPerformance
Nino Sport
I have them on my 02' GT w/BBK LT's and have had no leaks, I also picked up a set of NEW OEM Ford Racing Header Gaskets along with these bolts back when I was doing my exhaust.

no matter what kind of threadlocker you use, it will still loosen itself. It's just common maintanence that you need to do if you get headers. Every time you change your oil, just grab a wrench or ratchet and tighten that bad boy down.

It's also no secret that the bolts that come loose are the ones that are the hardest to get to when the headers aree installed.Removing the K-member and starter allows a torque wrench to be used and the bolts can be tightened properly the first time. The shop (Ford dealer) that did my install did all the above and I have no leaks after over a year.

RE: Do header bolts come out?
I thought you had to torque Exhaust studs/bolts, drive the car for a few days, and then RE-TORQUE them, so they DON'T come loose??
Maybe I've done it wrong in the past, but after torquing them twice, I've NEVER had a stud/bolt come loose...
