EXHAUST IS ON PUT ONE SMALL PROBLEM
So I just got done putting my exhaust on. I have a catted pro chamber, with American Thunder cat back. The car sounds really good, I never really hard this sound before, probably cause im one of the few guys that runs converters. Anyways, everything is a good fit, with the exception of the passenger side muffler. It is up against the frame, and when I drive my car, it kinda bounces off the frame, and it sounds horrible. Ive had the whole exhaust loose from tips to manifolds trying to maneuver the system away from the frame, but no go. I was just wondering if any fellow Flowmaster people have encountered the same problem....

maybe adjust the angle of the hanger on the muffler.... I had a similar issue with my Magnaflow catback. The passenger side pipe the crwals over the rear axel was tapping the frame. I know that sound...[:@]

I had fitment problems with my mac. Im not sure how the flowmaster system is but the mac you just gotta turn the pipes and bend it a lil to get it to fit without touching the body.

most "bolt-on" aftermarket parts are more than that. Nothing fits perfectly except OEM pieces... I be if you get under it and turn a few pipes and manuever that hanger you'll be fine. Remember 1/2" is plenty of clearance, you don't need a huge gap Good luck!

I had a similar problem with mine. I brought it to a muffler shop and had the pipe welded to the muffler. Since then, no problems at all. It tightened up everything real good. Those clamps they give you suck badly.
