Default Please help, tuner problem update

Kind of an update on my situation with the Diablosport Predator problem. Incase most of you guys forgot (which I assume you did), I bought a Diablosport tuner about a month ago and I couldn't install it because the Original Back-up Tune would not upload into the handheld tuner.

The reason why it wouldn't upload is because when I turn off the ignition and turn it back on (like it says to), the tuner doesn't read as my car being turned on. Then a message appears saying that this could happen if there is already a performance tune on the car.

So I checked the Passenger Kick Panel to look for a chip. I don't know what it is supposed to look like so here are some pics. From the picture, can you tell if this is stock or has it been tampered with?

right, the previous owner may have had a tuner and not reinstalled the factory tune, any ford dealer ( even though I would normally not recomend a dealer) can reflash the stock tune back in, then try it, Good luck
