I am still trying to find a way to turn off my daytime running light but cannot find where the relay is. I have rewired my fogs to be on all the time, but now I want my headlights to go off when I drive throughout the day. I've searched everywhere I possibly can but no luck. Does anyone know how to turn these running lights off?

I would think it would be something in the ignition, when you turn it on the lights stay on. You need to get a repair book and look at the wiring diagram and see where the relay or wire that makes them stay on all the time is. This sounds strange i never knew any mustangs had day time driving lights so if you get a manual and look at all the wires in the manual for your headlights, it seems to me that the wire thats not in the manual and going to your headlights or ignition would be the source of this delema. But im just a dumb@ss so who knows why they stay on. if all else fails call ford.

I didn't know that Mustangs came with DRL's. Was that just a '95 thing?

If he lives in Canada, I believe they have a law stating all automobiles must have DRL's.

yes, here in canada, ALL cars made after 1990 came with DRL.

I dont had DRL in my stang.....In my now ex wifes Tahoe all I did was take the fuse out for the DRL. That did the job.
