Default window malfunction

I go to put up my driver side window and it wont go up....
this is the second time this has happend since i got my car over a year ago. whenever it rains solid, for X amount of days my driver side window just stops working. last time this happend it went up outta nowhere when my friend was messin' w/ it while driving, i doubt it was the magic touch.. i dont wanna pop my door panel off and screw it up , but im getting rain here and there in my car and it messed my steering wheels up when i gripped it , + im getting sick of lookin like an idiot driving in the rain lol. florida is a joke this time of year ,

ANY advice is appreciated

I'm sorry, but I don't have any answers to your problem.. My problem with my window is that it works fine but when its all the way down it slams down inside the door.. Sounds odd.

Its probly the motor. After it dries out it should be fine. I would replace it. They arent that expensive.

this could be true , what if i took the door panel off and spray it with a pressurized hose or sumthing , would that speed along the process?? , door motors are like 80 bucks from a junk yard , been there done that

Well, it wouldn`t hurt to try. And if it doesn`t work, at least your half way there.
