I just make sure the car aint moving when i go into reverse, that is the only time I have a prob with it......

I've read 3650's do have a sychronized reverse gear where as t45s does not.

When T-45 trannys get hot they dont shift into reverse very easaly. put a tranny cooler on. a tranny cooler will run you about $130 the pump will run you about $200 and the lines and fitting s will run probably another $100 but its worth the money. or just put up with the grinding

shifting in reverse while moving is just going to damage the reverse syncro even more if the transmission has one. If not, then its just going to damage something else even worse.
