I don't know much about the Typhoon intake, but i have the P-51, and must say I am 130% happy. I'd buy that kit all over again!

The P-51 kit seems pretty good. I don't know the #'s of the Typhoon, but the Foxlake is getting around 20 more hp over stock. Are you doing your TB also? What are your plans down the road, N/A, blower or n2o? Post some pics if you do any work on it. I did the KB intake.

ive put cold air intake, magnaflow mufflers, upper and lower control arms 50 shot of nitrous but will increase when get rid of plastic intake, subframe connecters will be put on soon. When changing heads im going with ceramic long tube headers and off road X-pipe should wake it up a little going to also have the intake ported to match the heads that have already been ported

Someone on here got the typhoon and said it didn't work, just so you'll know. Have you looked at this one yet?

The best intake for PI heads for the money is the stock plastic PI Intake. The Typhoon is a POS and the Fox Lake P51 is a nice intake but gains under 10HP on NA cars and is 55lbs and 1300 dollars. As of right now the Bullitt Intake is still the best all around intake for 4.6 2V's. On a blown car the bullitt/P-51/Reichard are all good for 25rwhp....

I'd personally take the $1300 and put it towards a KB [8D]
