If i am planning on getting a blower should i buy the bblower cams with the heads?
how far down the line are you planning on getting the blower? Is there a time frame? Reason is that blower heads and cams don't run as well as if you keep the car NA. If this is a Daily Driver or the blower is years down the line, get a decent upgrade to your existing cam and head and get the Blower, Blower Cam, and Blower Heads all together.

yes definately...they will work fine NA until you get your blower. Some guys actually run Crower St2 blower cams in their NA setup because they work so good.
do this and get it all installed at once. its the best and should be the only way if you value your money

do the cams first, seeing as you already have PI heads, all the head/cam packages you see use PI heads. you really dont need to do any headwork if you just want to make good street power. do cams/springs, exhaust gears and a blower, and you can have a nice 380-420 hp street car on pump gas with 10-12 psi. if you want to make more than 400 hp, you'll need a whole new shortblock to start, (i wouldnt push a stock block over 500 without any aftermarket work anyways) and you can port your heads then. but if you plan to go blower, but dont want to spend insane money, you can make the maximum safe hp on your stock motor without porting your heads.
