Along with that question I have another, the two holes in the hood have been cut out (or maybe it came that way I'm buying it used) should I worry about water running down the holes into the engine bay? Almost seems the holes would be around the alternator and it is my daily driver

should be easy to patch them up from the under side. also i think that amount of water would just evaporate form the heat.

Default RE: Hood Question

it will fit but there will be a little gap between the hood and top of the front bumper where the grille is. The cobra hood is a little taller and the cobra bumper around the grille is taller. It will fit though and most people prob wont notice the slight gap. I have the holes cut out on my hood also. dont worry about the water, it wont do anything, at least it doesnt do anything to my motor, but i know things are in diff places on the 2V but i wouldnt worry about it.
