the evaporative emissions code is from your evaporative system. You have a purge canistor... the fumes from the fuel tank go in there, and then there is a valve that opens sometimes to let in the fumes to be burned off. You probably have a leak somewhere


and the lean code... that's an 02 sensor almost definitely. especially if it's only on one bank. I'd say pull all the plugs for an inspection and see how they look.... if all look good it's definitely the sensor

Was there any reason you decided to change the PCV, or was it just because it seemed logical?? It shouldn't make a difference w/ Fuel trims to change the PCV, since it really has nothing DIRECTLY related to the fuel system..


I've actually heard of a lot of folks having issues w/ their gas caps as well. That's more than likely the cause of the "Evap. Emmissions," code..
