Default Problem Fixed!

Turns out my Constant Control Relay Module was bad, so that was causing my car to overheat. They warranteed it too, so my car is back to normal thankfully[sm=bounceybounce.gif] . So, I'm wondering do you all think I should still invest in that $360 electric water pump? I'm told it'll keep my car 30% cooler. Thanks in advance.

The water cooler sounds like a good idea to me. BTW, nice bike. I've got an 04' GSXR 750.

Yea, it sounds like a good idea, it's just the most #$%* expensive water pump I've ever had to buy[&:]! Any year GSX-R is the sh*t! I put 7 bikes on a modded 12R (full titanium Muzzy, PC3 USB, BMC filter) twice w/my stock K6; once from a dig and I NEVER SAW HIM; once from a light that he jumped. I had to catch him in 1st and 2nd (by redline in 2nd we were side by side). In 3rd, I left him until my speedo said 186mph and I got off it after I was confident he knew I buried him. All he could do was shake his head and give me [sm=smiley20.gif]. I wish my car was that fast.

So, about this water pump...I am told that Mustangs typically perform better when they run a little hot (hence sticking to 195 or so as opposed to 180 w/a thermostat), so would I really benefit from a cooler running stang as long as my fans work? Or should I just go ahead and get this pump because I do eventually plan on getting the built short block and a Vortech t-trim.

Well, I am not trying to make this a thread about bikes, so after this you can PM me about them alright. BUT what ninja does your friend have? My best friend has an 06 ZX-10R (green) and another good friend of mine has the same bike in black. I've owned a Ninja ZX-6R before and an R1, but I have been w/the Suzuki squad since 02. The K6 is my 2nd Gixxer thou. I had the 2002 GSX-R1000 also. So...about my question up above!

if its a DD

DO NOT DO IT

they are not reliable.

and why would you need to stay '30%' cooler

thats almost a third

so your saying it will keep you down to 130 degrees?

ok

or will it make your personality 30% cooler when you tell ppl hey dude, i have an electric water pump maaaan. its electric, boogy woogy woogy.
