better yet, how did you attempt to remove the crank pulley?

It's high enough that the front main seal could be leaking a little. If it's just a couple of drops and then it quit I wouldn't worry about it as long as you didn't somehow do something really wacky to damage it when you pulled of the crank pulley.


I wouldn't worry about it right now with 3 drops of oil. Put the UD pulley on start it up and check for leaks.
