Diablo Tune....TIMING....

Diablo Tune....TIMING....
I loaded the diablo tune, filled up with 91 octane and immediately noticed engine pinging (as well as a good increase in HP). Sooooo, I started reducing the timing. I went as far as -2 :4-6k rpm and -1 :2-4k rpm. I still notice some minor pinging:/
Should I be reducing timing even more?
Should I try 93 octane?
I'm starting to get frustrated with this and I NEED HELP!
Any info would be apprecietad.
