Ok so i just picked up an 01 cobra thing is, the tach reads backwords from 8000rpm to 0, it has a monster tach in it so its not a huge deal but its annoying enough that i would like to fix it. Anyone know what this could be ? oh it has a completely rebuilt sean hyland motor if that helps any with diagnosing the problem.

Sounds about right for a SHM motor...LOL...Sorry man, couldn't resist...not a fan of SHM. As far as your ?, I am not sure. I will see what I can find out for ya.
