Default Exhaust to load for California

Like everyone i want that deep sound at idle and load when im at WOT. Would Borla Stingers with MRT catted mid pipe or the mac be to load for Califorina, and would that give me the deep sound and load when i go. Would flow masters be better at what im trying to achieve?

My guess would be flows and an H pipe, to make your car LOUD.
