Default 99/01 Cobra Heads

Seeing as how I'm getting no love from the SVT Forum, here we go.

What heads are on the the 99/01 Cobras? What gives the 99/01's 15 more ponies than the 96-98 Cobras? Is it just the heads or is there something else?

Thanks,
Matt

They are called tumble port heads. The 96-98 cobras used a head called the "series B" head

Mach 1 heads are better from what I've read/heard.

I think the Mach1 uses similar heads to 99/01 Cobra ( C-heads)
