Need more info. Where is the sound coming from? Front? Back? sides?

If its front could be pullys.

If its back could be clutch (throw out bearing)

Sides.....I really dont know never heard an exhaust leak sqeak.

Its more like a ticking sound for an exhaust leak off your manifold(s) The squeaking sound your are hearing is probly your tension pulley, or your belt.

sounds like a bicycle wheel against a playing card. one mechanic told me my exhaust leak was a collapsed lifter so go figure...

Exhaust leaks are more of a ticking sound. Get under the car and look for black marks near each connection. Check the manifold to midpipe and midpipe to catback, and see if you can hear any air coming from any of these connections.

My ticking was a spun rod bearing. Do you have manifolds or headers?
