Gauge install wiring.

Don't have a fuel pressure gauge diagram.... not really sure where I should wire the red/white/black. What wire hooks to the dimmer... the other to the battery?

What kind of gauge? Check the companies website.

Pretty much just cant find a power/ground in the wiring harness under the dash. I've checked about 5 with a multimeter.

none of the wires go to batter, wire them with an adafuse into ur fusepanel under ur steering wheel, red is the ignition switch fuse, white is 12v dash lighting
