1998 Mustang bullet

RE: 1998 Mustang bullet
I can't imagine a Bullitt being that much different. They have Ford racing springs, a banana-shaped intake plenum, no rear spoiler, two piston calipers on a 13" rotor up front (and single piston caliper in the rear, 11.65" rotor)... And minor cosmetic things.

RE: 1998 Mustang bullet
i wanted a bullitt SO bad...no money ....there was a green one for sale in SoCal over summer that i was trying to sell my soul to buy...it only had 11400 miles and it had H&R springs, bilsteins, magnaflow catback, steeda short shifter, grill delete and chin spoiler, and an alarm...i seriously would have left it just like that....those of you who know...i want to do a V8 swap and keep it NA just for the sound...and the guy was only asking $14900 for it....apparently it was like his 5th car and he didn't drive it that often...just wanted to get rid of it and no one was making offers....i was so mad when it got sold!

Until you have driven one you won't know, when i was in the market the bullitt was the first model mustang I ever drove, and didnt even want to test drive a normal gt, the whole suspenison is made by tokico, not ford racing. The throttle body is not just bannana shaped, it is a dual barreled 57mm, as opposed to your single 65mm.

Its not extensive, its just a different spoiler, gauges, door jam, brake cailper color, springs, plenum, and shift ****. The bullits have like maybe 10 more horse than the GT

Ford made Bullitts in 2001 and they produced about 5500 of them. It came in 3 colors (dark Highland Green, True Blue and Black) They have extensive performance and cosmetic upgrades over that of a GT. Check out www.IMBOC.com for lots of Bullitt Info.
