K member wieght?

Anyone know the wieght of the stock k member for a 2001 GT? only reason i ask is because i got my QA1 K member sespension kit in, which includes tubular k member, tubular A arms, coil over springs and the paper said total shipped weight was 63.9 lbs. I was wonder what the total wieght savings was.

Pick up the new Kmember with 2 fingers and when you pull the stock one try to pick it up with 2 fingers.

Ok ok the stock K member weighs 58 lbs, the A arms are 13 a piece, front springs are 9lbs a piece, front struts are 8lbs a piece.

Just weight your car before and after. Make sure you have a full tank of gas each time to make the weight exact. Then youll know the weight of your car for future stuff too.
