Nothing personal, but you spent $500 on an intake that nets 2 hp. 25 hp seems like a bargin for $1000.
lol, nah man. Thank god. I havent done any engine mods to my car, I just picked it up in july/august of this year. The previous owner got to spend all the money on the stuff in my sig. No way was that intake 500 bucks!?
Sorry, that was intended for sinister

lmfao about the $500 2hp gain.

I think part of the attraction to putting cams in your stang is for the sound. I love the sound of a cammed GT.

I was thinking the same thing reading his sig....don't buy cams for $550 that will get you 25-30rwhp but do buy a $500 chinese made piece of junk intake that gains nothing....i won't be using his logic anytime soon.

The right cams will put a lope in your idle and basically let folks know that you are no longer stock. Heh, heh.

well, the opinion of "unless you are going to forge, dont get cams" to me just isnt good advice (unless you are saying stage 2 and above you wont get the full benefit, then i understand the comment). cams will make your car more than noticably faster, plus you will get some lope. Yeah, 1000 is nothing to sneeze at. But that power will always be there, not waiting empty til you can get to the place that will fill your bottle or til you get the cash to do it. I aint picking on nitrous at all. SOmeone pointed out, we spend many hundreds of dollars on stuff that nets only a few hp, cams are worth it.

As stated, stage 2 and above, you wont be able to spin stock internals to get the full benefit, but you will still gain some hp and some killer lope.
