Did you use some sort of hi temp paint or what? How did you prep them?
I used high tem engine enamel. LOL I preped them by putting them in the dishwasher (don't tell my wife) then sanded them and used wax and grease remover before I primed them.

You can use the valve covers you have now since your heads are romeo just like the 04...
BBK are not the best valve covers...the seal poorly and have no baffle like stock...go with Team Breed valve covers....very well made.
