Default First Seafoam

First time I seafoamed the stang and was surprised at how much it smoked, especially since it only has 70,000 miles. I poured 3/4 of the can through here:

And the rest into the gas tank.
Would it make sense to do another can?

Cuz I don't put anything in my engine but oil & fuel. I had a bad experience with the "other" ****. A member in here, stang2000, put that crap in his motor on saturday and it blew on the following monday.

Coincidence??? Maybe, but I'm not taking that chance.

well tons and tons of people have done seafoam and not had anything bad happen. Because one person has a bad experience does not mean anything. Are you gonna stop eating because some people get fat?

I did it almost the exact same way as you MC. My car had 60k miles on it, and it was quite the smoke show.

As far as a second can goes, I really don't know. I'll probably wait until 75k miles before the next one.

I'm thinking i'll just wait until 100 miles before my next oil change.

If you put it in your gas tank, does your car smoke while you drive constantly until the tank is empty?

Why are people so damn shocked that the **** smokes? Its pure petroleum. That's what it does. Oil smokes when it burs right? So what do you think 100% petroleum is going to do? Anyway, as far as its effects, I'm not really sure. It would be nice if someone actually took appart an old engine, took some pics, put it back together, ran seafoam through it, took it back apart, and took some more pictures. That's really the only way i'd be impressed enough to use it.

Matt
