Weird beeeeeeeeeeeep noise?

Weird beeeeeeeeeeeep noise?
I dunno how to explain it but when I turned off my car there was a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee sound but once I turned the lights off it stopped. This is only the 2nd times it's happened and it doesn happen everytime the lights are on.

You normally get the ding-ding when the lights are on and the key is out? If not, your dinger is stuck.
