There is a single crack going from the side of the windshield curving downwards about 6-8 inches long. I don't know what the hell could cause this, when I don't recall something ever hitting the windshield. Is there a way to have this repaired without having to replace the whole windshield?

(btw its not on the stang thank God!)

a 6-8inch crack i dont think can be fixed

they can fix small little rock dents if they are out of the driver view area, but i dont think a 6-8inch crack falls in that category (i could be wrong though i'm no glass expert)
