Default 2001 cobra question

I found a 2001 cobra that I am considering trading in my GT for, it has a BBk offroad X pipe with no cats, SLP Loudmouth cat back system, C&L air intake and BBK Throttle Body. My question is what times to stock cobra's see, I've heard the 99's and 00's werent much better than the GT's. Here are some pics of it.

a N/A cobra will put up around the same numbers as a Mach 1. 13.2-13.4 The GT's stock are more like 14.1-14.3

99 & 01's are nearly the same and they do see better times with a really good driver.. The IRS makes launching a bit difficult. They are capable of 13.6's or so stock and they take to mods REALLY well. Most people pull low 14's in them stock (least that I have seen in person and on the intarwebs), but like I said, a good driver in that car does wonders.

and no 00 cobra's except the R's. The 99's and problems and a recall since they werent making the advertised power.. and that delayed the 00's. I think it was just the intake and exhaust that they change don the recall.. wasnt like they swapped the heads out or anything.. but still the 01's were a better bet.

Ive never heard or seen a stock IRS NA cobra go lower than a 13.5. They dont have the gearing the mach has, they weigh more (IRS), and the IRS is much trickier to launch. Solid axle FTW!
