windsor heads with romeo block??

so wait, your gonna put non-pi heads on a romeo block? lol! just go with some patriot stage 2 romeo heads from summit or something. or goto a salvage yard and buy some used pi heads and take em to a machine shop. come on, dont lose hp over a couple hundred bucks.
He has a 99 gt which is pi, where are you getting npi from?
PI heads were made at both romeo and windsor plants from 99+ with differences being the bolts (8mm or 10mm) and cam journal design

I told randy stinchcomb at liberty ford what I wanted to do. He sent me an invoice which came to over 500 bucks. Youd have to talk to him on why it's so expensive. I saw the price and threw it out.
What exactly was on the list? I got my bolts from Randy that i needed for the timing cover and they were @ $20...did you also tell him you needed valve covers etc? I'm sure those things are over priced from ford.
