Sweaking noise.... Sound like its coming from the trunk???

I have a 99 Mustang Gt Vert 4.6 and just a couple days again I have been noticing a squeeking noise coming from either behind my back seat or my trunk. My friend with a 02 GT has the same problem. I know this could be anything but has anyone else run into this or maybe have clue what it could be? Your guess is better then mine b/c im all guessed out. Thanks, Paul

I think it was the head rest for the back seat or the back seat itself...either way their both gone on mine and there's no more

could also be your rear upper and lower CA's there just rubber non greasable fittings and they like to squeak

My 98 vert squeeks like that as well. But only on certain days. Can be very loud and annoying one day and gone the next. Wish I knew what it was as well.
